Residence Le Fontane - Villasimius

It was truly an excellent stay for a perfect holiday. the staff was amicable. the room was incredibly comfortable with big beds. the setting was excellent, just next door to the town centre.

The residence is in a good position: just 5 minutes from the seaside and in a quiet area. There's a big supermarket jus beneath it: really useful, sometimes a little noisy in the morning if there are supply trucks. The apartment is quite big, with a big stove, a big fridge with freezer. It has full dishes and pots, and almost everything you need. Also the bathroom is very reasonable, home size. The structure in general is very big, with a swimming pool and the possibility to rent a barbecue grill, a beach umbrella and other beach "accessories".

Check what is included in your booking: we had no problem at all, but if you want you can take your sheets and towels. Also the air conditioning can be required: for us it was included (and so we managed to close the windows at night and avoid noises), and I suggest it anyway (70€ per week), since can be quite warm. So just check what is included and what is not, and decide on your own. Another thing is that the check-in and check-out times are really strict: between 13:00 and 17:00 there is really nobody at the reception! So beware if you arrive or have to leave in this period! Something could be done anyway...Italians beware: no scolapasta/colander! ;) we think also that a a table cloth and a better knife is needed..

The room was big with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an oven. It had swimming pool views...

The location here is amazing with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and there's a lovely cafe just a kilometer away where you can enjoy tea and delicious treats.

I had a great price - out of season. Big apartment - 60 metres - with large lounge and good kitchen facilities, very clean. There were no other people staying - end of September. The receptionist was a very pleasant young lady, very helpful and friendly. "La Principessa Bellisima" ! There is a good terrace and swimming pool. 800 metres from the centre of Villasimius, above a big supermarket.

You guys made my stay excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel for its special atmosphere and friendly and polite staff. The location was wonderful, short walk to best beaches in south-east, a supermarket selling fresh fish and burrata and the cafe downstairs. Also, the venue was 15 minutes drive from Nuraghe Cuccureddus I. The beds were big, I slept well.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, beautiful location just a short drive away from the beach.

very nice brand new complex, outside of villasimius, it looks like there Will be a lot of building activity around here. it is on top of a large supermarket which when you arrive is a bit strange but actually you don't realise when you are in the appartment. you need a car if you want to visit the beach or the centre.

Conveniently located near two supermarkets 🛒, which was great for stocking up on essentials.

Perfect location, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, and two supermarkets nearby. Our room was spacious, equipped with wifi and had cozy beds. 🌟

The apartments at Residence Le Fontane are absolutely fantastic! They are so cozy and comfortable, it feels like a home away from home. The kitchenette is great for preparing meals, and the TV is perfect for some relaxing downtime. Everything is bright and airy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. As someone who values comfort and convenience, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the TV channels available. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others might find something they enjoy.

This place offers flawless accommodation, friendly staff, and an excellent location close to the city center with a delicious breakfast spread, a beautiful pool, and convenient onsite parking.

Convenient location, not too far from the city center. 🌆 I really liked being close to everything without it being too much of a trek.

I had a great stay at Residence Le Fontane. the apart hotel was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and relaxation. the high ceilings and big windows provided a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. the swimming pool was a refreshing way to unwind after a long day, and the lifeguard made sure everything was clean and organized. the location was convenient, with two supermarkets just next door for grocery shopping. the staff were also friendly and helpful, lending us a sun umbrella for the beach. it was a fantastic experience with a great location and excellent facilities. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 😊.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable with a spacious balcony, and having an electric kettle, refrigerator, and oven was a great bonus; the staff was exceptionally kind and polite, making the stay even better.
